Dear Club Members,
Following a careful discussion tonight, the Board has made the difficult decision to adjust the annual membership dues to $35.00, effective immediately. We understand this may be a late notice, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it may cause.
This decision was not taken lightly. Unfortunately, the rising cost of insurance has left the club with limited options to maintain our current operations and continue providing the valued services and activities you've come to expect.
For those who have already paid their 2024 membership dues, you are considered paid in full and do not need to take any further action. We deeply appreciate your early support and commitment to the club.
We recognize that this adjustment may impact some members, and we want to assure you that the Board thoroughly considered all alternatives before making this decision. We remain committed to responsible financial management and ensuring the long-term sustainability of the club for the benefit of all members.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding this change, please do not hesitate to reach out to any Board member. We are here to listen and address your concerns as best we can.
Between tonight and tomorrow we will get notices of the update in the mail to the Members that are not online and who have not paid the 2024 dues yet.
