Dear Club Members, I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to provide you with the latest information regarding our club's insurance. Over the past 30 days, I have been diligently working on gathering information for a new insurance company. As you might know, our previous insurance carrier proposed a staggering 100% increase in premiums, which was unacceptable for us. Therefore, we decided to switch to a new carrier. I am happy to inform you that we successfully purchased new insurance right before Christmas. However, I wanted to address the recent increase in insurance costs. Our new insurance has increased by 33% compared to the previous year. While this is not ideal, it is significantly lower than the exorbitant increase proposed by our previous carrier. Rest assured, I have been advocating for the best possible rates for our club. Before sending out the renewal notices by mail, I am waiting to hear back from the new insurance company to ensure that no additional information is required. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated during this process. As of today, the Dues will remain the same at $25.00 but I would expect an increase soon or a few changes, our little club still has the lowest membership cost compared to other area clubs. Friday Night 50 Bird Derby
In addition to the insurance update, I wanted to remind all club members about our Friday Night Derbys. These events have gained tremendous popularity, with Clubs all over and we have been hosting them every Friday night for many years. The derbys, featuring 50 Targets, start promptly at 7:30 pm. I am delighted to let you know that we have recently upgraded to wireless voice call speakers on Traps 1 and 2. This enhancement has made a significant difference in the overall setup process and performance, eliminating the hassle of moving wires when changing yardage or posts. Now, we can focus more on enjoying the Shoot. I encourage all members to join us every Friday night and make the most of our upgraded setup. Bring your friends and family along for an unforgettable experience in the world of sportsmanship and camaraderie. If you do not want to shoot you can always stop by and visit. See you Soon!
